Supply Chain—especially in food retail—is where strategy meets reality: daily, at scale, and under constant pressure. I’ve spent my career working inside that reality across Canada’s conventional grocery networks and digital fulfillment models, gaining a front-row seat to how large, complex organizations navigate growth, change, and uncertainty.
Over the years, I’ve designed, tested, and refined decision-making approaches as markets, expectations, and technologies evolved—balancing customer experience, operational performance, and commercial outcomes.
I focus on how experience, data, and AI-enabled tools can work together to improve outcomes—when anchored in operational reality and human judgment. I’m most effective where systems are changing, ambiguity is constant, and execution must scale without losing integrity.
